The Métis Nation of Alberta is set to host a speaker spotlight series that invites Métis community members to share knowledge on sustainable practices run by the MNA’s Environment and Climate Change Department.
Windspeaker Radio Network spoke with Métis Nation of Alberta (MNA) Region 4 citizen and community sustainability manager for Iron & Earth, Jazmine Larocque on leading the webinar ‘Sustainability for Beginners’ helping attendees make sustainable choices while providing simple, tangible, and inexpensive recommendations for daily living.
Larocque says that she’ll also speak on her experience with the Spotlight series, and the ways that she can help with the Métis communities and bringing awareness that Métis citizens are facing today with sustainability.
