And we caught up with Keynote Speaker | International Executive Chef Shane Chartrand from Paperbirch talking about the line-up of his demo on September 13 and 14.
Chartrand has travelled the world cooking indigenous cuisine for celebrities, politicians’ and many more. Shane has earned two honorary degrees and many awards in competitions. He was featured on hit TV series: Chopped Canada, Iron Chef Canada, Fridge Wars, and Season 11 of Top Chef Canada.
