Edmonton Transit Services announced that on February 1, transit fares will increase for most fare groups. The Edmonton City Council approved the fare adjustments as part of the 2023-26 Operating Budget.

Fare adjustments on February 1 include:
- Arc single trip (90 minutes) fares increase from $2.75 to $3.
- Cash fare increases from $3.50 to $3.75.
- The standard adult Arc monthly fare cap increases from $100 to $102.
- The senior’s monthly fare cap increases from $35 to $36 and the senior’s annual fare cap increases from $385 to $396.
- The youth monthly fare cap decreases from $73 to $66.
- Ride Transit monthly fare cap increases from $35 to $36 or $50 to $51 (depending on income).
From adding more busses to opening the Valley Line and Metro extension to NAIT, a new multi-day pass includes a three and five-day pass for single riders at $24 and $30.
