Alberta will be home to more Zellers pop up locations.
On Tuesday, July 18, 2023, the Hudson’s Bay Company announced the next round of 21 Zellers pop-up locations across five Canadian provinces.
President Sophia Hwang-Judiesch says pop-ups are a key ingredient in their expansion strategy.
“Our customers are very much part of our growth process, and together we will shape the future of Zellers, building a shopping experience that truly connects with communities across Canada.” said Hwang-Judiesch.
Three Zellers are set to open by August 11 in Alberta, including:
- Lethbridge Melcor Centre (inside The Bay)
- Red Deer Bower Place
- St. Albert Centre
The pop-up stores will range from 1,000 to 2,800 sq ft, according to Hudson’s Bay. The Zellers store experience within Hudson’s Bay locations can range from 8,000 to 10,000 sq ft.
