Indigenous Child Welfare Conference

T‍he Windspeaker Radio Network, CFWE and 89.3 the Raven are media sponsors of the 2025 Indigenous Child Welfare Conference April 15-17 in Edmonton

The conference will create a platform for Indigenous leaders, child welfare professionals, and advocates to come together and address the unique challenges facing Indigenous children and families within the child welfare system. The conference aims to promote culturally safe practices, share community-driven solutions, and advocate for systemic reforms that prioritize healing, family preservation, and the well-being of Indigenous children.
