The Town of Stony Plain is gearing up to host its Graveyard Groove and Trunk or Treat event, which will take place at Heritage Park on Saturday, October 22, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event promises a fun-filled afternoon of Halloween festivities and family-friendly activities, bringing the community together for a festive celebration.
Jerry George, Manager of Programs and Services with the town, tells Raven Radio Network that the highlight of the event will be a haunted house.
George explained how the event is completely free to attend, but donations are being accepted in support of the Parkland Food Bank Society.
