Following a sold-out inaugural festival in 2025, Rockin’ Thunder 2026 promises a weekend of thunderous guitars, soaring riffs and unforgettable moments.
Stevie Dacanay, better known as Stevie D, has been rocking out on the guitar with Buckcherry since 2005.
The guitarist will be back in Canada along with the rest of the band in Edmonton on July 12 on the Rockin’ Thunder stage.
Dacanay said he is excited to return to Canada where the energy is always a little higher compared to other tour stops.
He spoke with Darrell Stranger about being in Edmonton and what makes playing in Canada so special.
The band is a year removed from their latest album Roar Like Thunder and will have a set filled with new hits and old classics.
