Fort Edmonton Métis Cultural Community Centre
The Otipemisiwak Métis Government – Fort Edmonton District 9 is inviting the community to celebrate the grand opening of its new Métis Cultural Community Centre on Sunday, March 29. The event runs from 12 – 7 p.m. at 11724 – 94 Street, marking a new space dedicated to culture, connection, and community in Edmonton.
Joseph René De Meulles, District 9 Captain with the Otipemisiwak Métis Government, tells Raven Radio Network the new space will foster community and deliver programs centered on Métis culture.
