The Aurora Middle School band from Lac La Biche is bringing northern Alberta talent to centre stage. Students performed on stage 4 inside West Edmonton Mall (WEM), showcasing their hard work and musical skills in front of mall goers. The performances highlights the dedication of young musicians and the growing arts scene in rural Alberta.

Since 2008, Aurora Middle School band students have made the trip to perform at West Edmonton Mall. Shulko adds that this year, students will also work with band professionals from the Winspear Conservatory of Music Centre to further enhance their skills.
