Rock’n August is a summer-time tradition in St. Albert, AB, celebrating their 29th anniversary. Partnerships of both the St Albert & Edmonton Cosmopolitan Clubs, the St. Albert Cruisers, Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #2102 (St Albert) and the St. Albert Chamber of Commerce.
The local businesses in Edmonton and St Albert helped through sponsorships and hosted events during the week. Thanks to the spectators, classic car owners, volunteers and the local business community, Rock’n August has raised more than $1.6M to date in support of Diabetes Research. All funds raised have stayed right here in Edmonton to support our local, world-renowned researchers.

Rock’n August came together in 1996 as an answer for the desire to bring cars and music together to help raise funds for Diabetes Research through a partnership with Alberta Diabetes Foundation.
The organization was originally a partnership between three local Cosmopolitan Clubs, the local Chamber of Commerce and a group of classic car enthusiasts that came together and formed St. Albert Cruisers.
