Teepee Summit
The First Nations Health Consortium (FNHC) hosts its 4th Annual Youth Teepee Summit from July 29-31, 2025, at the Northeast River Valley Event Centre.
This three-day event empowers Indigenous youth through cultural connection, workshops, and guidance from Elders and speakers. The event features traditional teachings in teepees, talent shows, and round dancing.
The summit emphasizes strengthening communities, the importance of sport, and the arts as tools for growth. It’s a powerful Reconciliation initiative, fostering connection, culture, and a hopeful future for Indigenous youth.
