The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is investigating a fatal collision between a train and a pedestrian.
Just before 7:30 p.m. on Monday, officers were called to a collision involving a CN Rail train and a pedestrian.
The collision happened near 34 Avenue, just west of Railway Street and both the EPS Major Collision Investigations Section (MCIS) and CN Police responded to the scene.
The victim has not yet been identified and MCIS continues to investigate. No charges have been laid at this time.
