The City of Cold Lake has been selected as the official city to host this year’s Oilers Day by the Edmonton Oilers on March 24, 2026.
Mayor of Cold Lake, Bob Mattice tells CFWE “Cold Lake is a great community to celebrate Oilers Day by bringing the community together”.
Oilers alumni, Hunter the Lynx, the Oilers Orange, Blue Ice Crew and many more will be there.
Mayor Bob Mattice was first elected as the City Council in 2021 as councillor and 2025 as mayor.
Prior to serving on Council, Bob was a community pharmacist for over 40 years, owning his own independent pharmacy business until 2020.
