Rockin’ Thunder, Canada’s newest and biggest festival dedicated to rock ‘n’ roll, will be returning to Exhibition Lands Racetrack on July 11-12, 2026.
After a sold-out debut earlier this year, the festival is wasting no time in raising the bar with its headliners for 2026.
Headlining the second annual two-day festival will be multi-platinum rock giants Creed and chart-topping heavy hitters Three Days Grace.
With its sold-out inaugural year already hailed as one of the most standout rock events of the summer, Rockin’ Thunder is set to deliver an even more impressive experience in 2026.
Festival goers can look forward to a weekend packed with songs that defined an era, timeless hits and an atmosphere only Edmonton can deliver.
“After an incredible inaugural year, we knew we had to keep the momentum going,” said Troy Vollhoffer, CEO of Rockin’ Thunder Music Festival in a press release.
“Bringing Creed and Three Days Grace to Edmonton felt like the perfect way to keep building the festival into something truly unforgettable for Canada’s rock community.”
More artist announcements will follow in the new year, so fans can expect two full days packed with rock ‘n’ roll, including the YEG Rocks! Stage, which will spotlight local talent and the next generation of Canadian rock icons.
Tickets are on sale now and all tickets are eligible for the new payment plan, allowing music lovers to secure tickets for just $20 with equal monthly payments to follow, making it easier than ever to give the gift of live music this holiday season.
Tickets can be purchased here.
