Robyn Soulier-Ritchot, a First Nations woman from Treaty 5, wears many hats: business strategist, community builder, and founder of Eagle Medicine. She also supports entrepreneurs across Alberta through her work with Business Link, a non-profit organization helping small businesses start and grow.
Robyn and I talked about what it means to build a business that actually works for you. From setting clear boundaries to honouring your capacity, Robyn offers a grounded perspective on entrepreneurship, especially for those who are underrepresented or navigating systemic barriers.
She also reflected on the evolution of her own work, and how Eagle Medicine emerged as a way to support others more deeply.
In the full conversation, we cover:
- From burnout to building a more sustainable life
- The value of working in alignment with your needs, not someone else’s playbook
- Small but powerful mindset shifts for anyone feeling stuck in business
We also kicked things off with a fun “This or That: Business Edition” lightning round, because decision fatigue is real, and Robyn doesn’t mess around when it comes to making a call.
