Teepee Treats is once again giving back to the community with heart and purpose, as it’s annual ‘Giving Back to the Streets’ event returns to Boyle Street Plaza on April 26 – offering hot meals, essential supplies, and cultural connection to Edmonton’s most vulnerable.
Curtis Cardinal, Owner of Tee Pee Treats, spoke with 89.3 The Raven, sharing his excitement about the opportunity to feed over 600 people and continue his mission of giving back to the streets in Edmonton.

Cardinal remembers the first event he held in Edmonton, which drew an overwhelming response with several hundred people in attendance. Inspired by his own experience with homelessness, the gathering grew into an annual tradition focused on giving back—providing food, clothing, and healing to those in need.
Cardinal says the event is centered around good eats, gathering as a community and music to support people in need in Edmonton.
