The StopHateAB is set to host a campaign launch event called ‘Educate. Recreate. Stop Hate’ to bring awareness to hate crimes and hate incidents in Alberta at Bay 1 Gallery.
Nina Saini, Executive director of StopHateAB spoke with 89.3 The Raven about how imperative the initiative is to bring the campaign towards the community to create an opportunity to build awareness for preventative work.
Saini adds that for the campaign launch, it’ll feature a video that will highlight the spectrums of hate crimes and racism that many Albertans face.
The StopHateAB Campaign will go from 6-8 PM at the Bay 1 Gallery on 9540 62nd Avenue, Edmonton, AB.
