Cold Lake RCMP are investigating after an incident Wednesday morning at the A&W Restaurant.
Just before 8am, officers received a report of a male carrying a handgun.
When they arrived on scene, RCMP placed a man under arrest who matched the callers description. During a search, a black air-pistol was found in his possession.
As a result of the investigation, 28 year old Allan Nolan of Cold Lake, has been charged with numerous offences.
Nolan is scheduled to appear at the Alberta Court of Justice in Cold Lake on June 19th
