The Arts Council of Wood Buffalo is accepting nominations for the 2024 Excellence in Arts Awards.
This year the prestigious Arts Champion and Lifetime Achievement Awards will be open for public nomination.
“The Wood Buffalo region has an incredible amount of talent in all shapes and sizes, The Buffys serve as a good opportunity for everyone to reflect on their artistic practice, and be recognized for their contributions to our region.”
There are 15 categories of awards ranging from the Arts Administration Award to the Youth Art Leadership Award.
The deadline to nominate an artist or arts organization is June 17, 2024 at noon.
All award recipients will be announced on October 19, 2024.
