West Edmonton Mall hosted a Holiday Market that featured several artisans, along with introducing the community to the culture showcased in jewelry, and hand crafted items to buy for the holidays.
Adam Beckett, events manager for West Edmonton Mall spoke with Windspeaker Radio Network about the holiday market, which featured entertainment and also seeing shoppers in the mall supporting local markets.

Beckett says that he loves to see what the local artisans brought to the mall for shoppers to check out, as he goes on to say that an event like this is an opportunity to showcase Indigenous culture.
