Food Hamper Box
The Christmas Bureau of Edmonton is gearing up for another season of giving, gathering donations across across the city as they prepare to support families in need. With distribution day set for December 20, the organization is working hard to ensure holiday hampers and gift packages are ready to bring comfort and cheer to households through out the community.
Stephanie Perilli, Executive Director of the Christmas Bureau of Edmonton, tells 89.3 The Raven their partnership with North Central CO-OP ensures every hamper has equal items, with quantities adjusted for each household’s size and help from financial donations from the community.
Perilli adds that the hamper application have risen sharply this year, showing just how many people need support this holiday season.
Perilli encourages community members to volunteer on the December 20th distribution day and experience the joy of giving back this holiday season.
